Thank you so much for reaching out and giving me the opportunity to tour your space before your grand opening. I think you are going to do well, and there is a real need for your goods and services downtown. We truly believe that we can help you achieve your goals and make a huge impact in the Fredericksburg area.

Below, you will find the terms we discussed as well as a link where we can begin our partnership. When you are ready, we can set up a website survey for you to fill out so we can get started there as well.

We can deliver a month’s worth of social media content (photos and copy) for $650 a month. We do this through a shared Dropbox of your images that we edit and create copy for. Additionally, we will visit your store to take photos on at least a bi-weekly basis. We can create, post, and interact with your audience for $650 a month. This number may increase as substantial traffic increases, but never unless agreed upon.

Also, if we manage multiple accounts, we offer a discount to our clients. Simply, if you would like for us to manage two social media accounts, we could do so for $1,200.

As these efforts prove themselves successful, we could then improve them as we learn what works best.

Of course, CTP will meet monthly with you (in-person or online) to determine effectiveness and to edit projects as desired. These monthly meetings are at no cost.

Length of Contract

CTP encourages partnerships that are malleable and measurable. Towards that end, we encourage 12-month contracts, and services can be added or contracted with 30 days’ notice. Additionally, both parties can cancel the contract with 30 days’ notice.
